New Brunswick Plant / Kingman Arizona Plant

Over 20 years ago, Jamie began in construction working for his father building and remodeling homes during his summers in high school and university. Graduating from Lehigh University in 2000 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Jamie went on to work in locations all over North America in a variety fields… designing and fabricating concrete countertops, wood framing and wall panel design to name a few. Through the years he has worked as a carpenter, foreman, supervisor, senior project manager and pre-construction manager. His strong work ethic, analytical mind and varied experience has given him a wide skill set in design, programming and hands on knowledge of what it takes to build. Jamie believes in forward thinking and analyzing efficiencies to help keep projects moving ahead smoothly. As a Native to British Columbia, mountain biking and skiing are some of his favorite ‘breathers’.

New Brunswick Plant

Mark has over 30 years experience, with the beginning of his career as a teenager, helping to build his family-owned construction company. He also spent 15 years in the manufacturing industry for wall panels, distributing internationally to, Germany, Iceland and the United States. Devoting his whole career to construction and pursuing many titles gives him the edge in our industry. Mark is from Minto New Brunswick, he is optimistic, personable and thrives in building up his team. He enjoys various outdoor activities and spending quality time with family.

Kingman Arizona Plant

Lyle Winter our Production Manager at the Kingman, Arizona plant joins our team with extensive experience in management within multiple industries. Originally from Alaska starting his career in the oil fields Lyle brings a new perspective to our Southwest location. He enjoys the outdoors and is active in my sports that include scuba diving, hunting, fishing, and exploring other countries and meeting new people.

New Brunswick Plant

A New Brunswick native from Fredericton, William has a background in engineering that has been of great value since he joined the team during the inception of Colt Structures. He is a family man who enjoys watching his grandsons play hockey. He is a do-it-yourself kind of guy that can take on any renovation project, which makes him a great fit for our team of talented individuals. William also dabbles in farming and loves traveling and enjoying new cuisine.

Production Manager

New Brunswick Plant

Jacob has over 8 years of experience in the construction industry, his onsite field work as a Laborer, Foreman and Production Foreman gives him an added perspective when working with our customers. Originating from Olsztyn Poland he has worked in Alberta, British Colombia and now New Brunswick. Jacob enjoys traveling, fishing the Canadian waters and is also a fan of good cinema.

New Brunswick Plant

Arthur Boone is the Controller at Colt Structures. He brings added value and knowledge with his background as Vice President, Director of Operations and Controller from the Commercial Real Estate sector. A proud Canadian native of Limestone, New Brunswick, Arthur has come home to his roots to join our team. He is active in numerous sports that include Golf, Volleyball, Softball and Target Shooting.

Kingman Arizona Plant

David Nuttall is the Controller at Colt Structures Kingman plant in Arizona. With over 25 years’ experience in the construction field, David has held the title of Controller for over a couple decades. We are grateful for his dedication and expertise and look forward to the growth of our Kingman location.
